  6. If accepted, I understand The City of Loveland, its sponsors, and volunteers assume no liability for loss or damages to a vendor's wares or property during an event or resulting therefrom.
  7. If accepted, I understand vendors may be subject to a registration fee to confirm booth space/sites. If applicable, a written notice of confirmation and invoice will be sent to me.
  8. If accepted, I understand vendor areas may be subject to inspections the day of the event by the City, County Health Inspector, Fire Department, and/or local safety officials.

  13. Electronic Signature Agreement

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date, and 4) you understand this is an interest form and does not guarantee you will be selected to sell goods/services at a City of Loveland event.
