In the interest of fostering diverse perspectives and enhancing participants' experience, candidates will be selected to achieve a balanced class. Applications will be accepted year-round. The application must be filled out completely. Participants agree to participate in all 10 classes. Participants who miss more than two classes will not be able to graduate with their class.
