Permit Information & Fee
Permits become effective after application is approved, $150 permit fee paid, and permit signed by Police Chief. The permit is valid for 90 days and must be carried on person while soliciting. Permits are valid from the date of issuance.
Permit
Permit is valid for a period no greater than 90 days. Permit may be renewed by updating the application and paying permit fee. A permit shall be required for each individual conducting activities on behalf of a business or organization. No group permits shall be issued.

Participants
Prior to completing this form, the following items shall be submitted to the City of Loveland Building and Zoning Office:
1) Permit Fees in the amount of $150.00 for each person seeking licensing to conduct business on behalf of any person, entity, business, or organization.

Restrictions
Solicitation may be made only between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. Soliciting is prohibited from any private residence, business, or organization where "No Soliciting" is posted at entry or any private residence, business, or neighborhood on the City's "No Solicitation List." Note that failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the permit being revoked and/or any applicable criminal charges.

To the fullest extent permitted by law the applicant hereby agrees to defend, pay in behalf of and hold harmless the City of Loveland against any and all claims, demands, suits, losses, including costs connected therewith, for any damage which may be asserted, claimed or recovered against from the City of Loveland, its elected and appointed officials, employees, volunteers, agents or all others working in behalf of the City of Loveland, by reason of personal injury, including bodily injury and death; and/or property damage or intended wrongful act, including loss of use thereof, which arises out of the alleged negligence of the applicant and/or in any way connected or associated with the activities of the applicant.
