This holiday season, several businesses have opened their doors or have announced plans to open in the City of Loveland.
“Local businesses are the backbone of our economy, and we are so appreciative these small business owners chose Loveland as home,” said Eva Wisby, Zoning and Economic Development Specialist for the City of Loveland.
Open for Business
- A new space at 113 Karl Brown Way, next to Curated Fine Furnishings & Design, features two businesses. Bike Trail Books expanded from its former location at 111 Railroad Ave. to partner with The Split Leaf Co, which offers houseplants. This is THE place for plant workshops, book clubs, children’s story time, and more!
- A new spin, HITT, and yoga studio opened at 10649 Loveland-Madeira Road. SPENGA Loveland offers group classes.
- Shop for holiday treats at Sucré Patisserie, 305 West Loveland Ave. Sucré is an upscale bakery specializing in cupcakes, pies, and unique French-inspired desserts.
- Unique gifts can be found at Nostalgia Ink, 403 Loveland-Madeira Road. This shop offers comics, graphic novels, games, and miniatures.
- Crown & Cape Boutique, 111 Railroad Ave. above Hometown Café, is a princess- and superhero-themed store selling kids’ toys and clothing. The shop also has a small event space bookable for parties.
- T.R. Outfitters, 215 N 2nd St., provides high-quality outdoor, whiskey, and cigar accessories and décor. The shop is inspired by Teddy Roosevelt.
- Looking for a special gift for your gal pal? The Girl on Ivy Boutique has opened at 113 Karl Brown Way on the back side of Curated Fine Furnishings & Design. Shop clothing and accessories for women.
- For the ultimate customized gift, visit 7 Threads Embroidery, also at the back space of 113 Karl Brown Way. Shop embroidered and monogrammed gifts and clothing, or design your own piece.
- Country Club Closeouts, 600 W Loveland Ave., offers golf attire for men and women at below-retail prices.
- Within the City of Loveland’s Commerce Park, BCM Inks opened at 161 Commerce Blvd., and Grunder Landscaping Co. opened at 137 Commerce Dr.

- E+O Kitchen is estimated to open in January 2025 at 115 Karl Brown Way, the former site of TAHONA. The restaurant is known for the fresh flavors of its Asian cuisine including sushi, steak, and salads.
