[ARCHIVED] City Welcomes New Employee

Miya McNeal

A new employee was sworn in at the Jan. 14 City Council meeting.

Miya McNeal joins the Finance Department at City Hall as Customer Service Specialist. Oftentimes, this position is the first point of contact many residents have when they visit City Hall. Miya holds a degree in Business Administration from Liberty University.

Prior to Miya, Mandy Lucas served as Customer Service Specialist. This month, Mandy stepped into the role of Utility Billing Clerk, taking over from Lisa Craig who retired in December 2024.
