PROJECT COMPLETE!
The City of Loveland is proud to announce the completion of major infrastructure improvements in the Loveland Heights neighborhood, focused on Cherokee Drive and West Main Street.
The work, completed by the City’s contractor Majors Enterprises, included:
• Installation of over 1,800 feet of new storm line
• New catch basins and a new manhole
• Over 3,000 feet of new water main
• New water services, valves, and hydrants
• Roadway restoration
• Sidewalk improvements
Despite challenges posed by site constraints and third-party utility relocations, the project was completed successfully and on budget, at a cost of approximately $1.5 million. This project continues the city’s commitment to repairing its water distribution system and the Loveland Heights.
We thank the residents of Loveland Heights for their patience and cooperation throughout the project. We also extend our gratitude to our funding partners, the Ohio Public Works Commission and Congressman Greg Landsman, for their support in making these improvements possible.
