HOMEARAMA® is coming to the city’s newest subdivision, ChimneyRidge, Sept. 3-18. This will mark the 59th year for the show, which is hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati, and the first time since 1989 that the event has been held in the City of Loveland.
Located on the Warren County side of the city, ChimneyRidge sits on 26 wooded acres off Butterworth Road. Six homes will be featured in the show. Attendees can expect to see the latest in new home design, technology, energy efficiency, outdoor living spaces, landscaping and decorating.
Nearly each day of the show has a unique theme, where attendees can participate in special events — such as Everything Cincy Day and the Pop Up Art Show — or admission specials such as:
Hometown Heroes' Day: Veterans, first responders, military personnel, healthcare workers and teachers can purchase a half-price ticket on Sunday, Sept. 4.
Loveland Residents' Day: City residents will receive $3 off admission at the gate on Friday, Sept. 9. City staff, police, and fire will be there to say hello with fun giveaways! (Proof of residency required)
Since 2021, city staff has been working with HOMEARAMA® planners to help make the 16-day show run as smoothly as possible. Coordination meetings have been held with the city’s police, fire/EMS, and public works departments.
Residents can expect to see signage posted along Loveland-Madeira Road, State Route 48, and Butterworth Road to help direct traffic flow. Additionally, there will be a shuttle bus stop at 220 and 227 E. Loveland Ave. (near the East Loveland Nature Preserve) to help eliminate traffic congestion.
