A public hearing will take place Aug. 29, 2023, at Loveland City Hall, 120 W. Loveland Ave., regarding the adoption of Chapter 732 "Transient Businesses and Vendors, Mobile Food Vendors and Food Trucks" within the Codified Ordinances of the City of Loveland. The hearing will take place at 7 p.m. by City Council.
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comments relative to the proposed adoption of Chapter 732, thereby incorporating the chapter into the Codified Ordinances of the City of Loveland, Ohio as recommended for adoption by the Law and Ordinance Committee.
