In Fall 2023, new playsets will be installed in the Loveland Heights’ Tot-Lot Parks.
The Loveland Heights is one of the oldest recorded subdivisions in Hamilton County, comprising approximately 500 single-family residences mostly constructed in the mid-1950s. The Heights includes two playgrounds, commonly referred to as Tot-Lot Parks, that are located on Cherokee and Navaho Streets.
As part of an ongoing neighborhood revitalization effort, the City of Loveland secured a $75,000 grant through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to upgrade the Tot-Lots. New playset equipment is scheduled to ship in September with installation planned for October.
The existing playsets were installed in 2007.
