The City of Loveland was formally designated a "Buckeye Trail Town" on April 22, 2017. Loveland has always been a wonderful place to hike, bike, and canoe! We are proud of our Trail Town designation and welcome all hikers and cyclists to our community.
The Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail runs through the heart of Downtown Loveland, which is home to a variety of businesses. Downtown is also home to Nisbet Park. Nisbet Park has convenient restrooms and picnic shelters for you to use.
The campsite is located at 39° 16.400' N, 84° 15.372' W (about ¼ mile north of Nisbet Park). The campsite is primitive and free of charge. We do ask you to obtain a permit in case of an emergency. To complete the permit request, please click here and submit a "Buckeye Trail Town Camp Site Request."
For any questions regarding the Buckeye Trail Town Program, contact the City Manager at (513) 707-1454.
