   Each year, the City of Loveland presents a variety of live music programs including 

   • Concerts in the Park held in an amphitheater
   • Trailside Tunes held in a gazebo
   • Holiday events

   City staff reviews submissions over winter and makes selections in early spring. We will follow up with you should we have any questions and/or need additional information. Performers should apply on an annual basis so we always have current rates and availability.

   INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.

    These shows are held on Sundays from 6-8 p.m. in Nisbet Park's amphitheater.

    You will be required to provide your own sound engineer. Please consider this expense when providing your rates.

77. Conditions of Entry:

    1. Applications will be reviewed by city staff. Applications will be kept on file for the calendar year and considered as needed to fulfill various programming requirements.

    2. Inclusion in City of Loveland events may involve your band being photographed. Images will be used for promotional purposes (including social media).

    3. All equipment, including instruments and sound equipment (microphones, monitors, speakers, soundboard, etc.) must be supplied by the artist. The city is not responsible for any damage to the artist's equipment.

    4. All performers will be compensated for their services. The city reserves the right to offer a rate based on budget availability and enter into negotiations.

    5. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications and reserves the right at any time to cancel the Call for Bands.

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature on behalf of your band/musician group, 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date, and 4) you understand this is an interest form and does not guarantee you will be selected to perform at a City of Loveland event.
