More… Loveland U Citizens' Leadership Academy is an interactive adult learning program where you will encounter an exclusive "behind-the-scenes look" of the Loveland community. Participants will obtain firsthand knowledge into the issues, plans, and activities of the city. Applicants must live or work in the City of Loveland or be a member of a civic organization based in Loveland to be eligible. In the interest of fostering diverse perspectives and enhancing participants' experience, candidates will be selected to achieve a balanced class. Applications will be accepted year-round. The application must be filled out completely. Participants agree to participate in all 10 classes. Participants who miss more than two classes will not be able to graduate with their class.
