2. Inspection of Under-Speed Vehicle

   Submit this form to request an under-speed vehicle inspection.  A Loveland Police Officer will contact you to arrange the inspection of your vehicle. Loveland Police Officers are not trained mechanics and may not certify a vehicle is safe.

   All Under-Speed Vehicles operated on a public roadway must be inspected and registered in the State of Ohio and comply with ORC Section 4513.02 on vehicle safety. Click the link below to print out the Inspection Form (DPS 1373) and have the form available for the police officer.
