Maintenance of the sidewalk in front of your home is the homeowner’s responsibility. The City of Loveland has a Sidewalk Maintenance Program that reimburses up to 50% of the construction costs to help residents upgrade any sidewalks that are cracked or do not meet ADA standards.
Right of Way Permits
The city requires a permit and inspection for any work performed in the right of way, which may include but not limited to:
- Sidewalk repairs/replacement
- Utility work
- Drive apron repair/replacement
- Street and/or curb cuts
