Soliciting Permit

For Businesses

Solicitors and peddlers must apply for a 90-day permit, which is pending Police Chief approval. Prior to completing the permit application, a $150 fee must be submitted to the city.

Chapter 731 - Loveland Code on Solicitors

Solicitation may only be made between 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Soliciting is prohibited from any private residence, business, or organization where "No Soliciting" is posted at the entry or any property listed on the city's "No Solicitation" lists below. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the permit being revoked and/or any applicable criminal charges.

For Residents

Residents may request to be placed on the city's "No Solicitation" list. Neighborhood association representatives may request an entire neighborhood. Political and religious soliciting is always permitted regardless of permitting.
