The City of Loveland processes monthly billing in response to residents who will benefit from having a steady monthly bill, as opposed to one large bill arriving every other month. Your meter will still be read every other month. Your bill will come every month and be due on the 15th.
If your bill is not paid by the 15th, you will receive a delinquent notice. If not paid, your water may be disconnected and a disconnection fee assessed.
